In-Store Return Policy: 

We are not able to offer refunds on any purchases at this time, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 10 days of purchase when a receipt is present. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable but may be used towards another in-store item that is not currently considered and order in progress.

Repairs:

We will repair any jewellery that has been purchased from us, however, a minimum repair charge of $15 will be charged to each item to account for handling. Repairs can take some time, especially when items have to be sent back to their original designers. There is usually not an additional charge, however, in the event there is we will always let you know in advance.
